Our intellectual and practitioner roots come from two key sources: - our position as a Centre of Excellence at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business; and our partnership with New Ventures West in the USA, through which we receive our accreditation with the International Coach Federation. We are passionate about sustainably unleashing human potential into the world, supporting individuals and organisations to transform. To enable this, we use a global network of top certified professional coaches, and hand-picked trainers and facilitators. We have a proud heritage, drawing from our roots in both San Francisco/Silicon Valley, USA, through our partner “New Ventures West”, as well as South Africa, the “Silicon Valley of Human Complexity”, where the Centre for Coaching was founded in 2002.
