Our priority is to support you and your tenants and allow you to be as hands off as you'd like to be. • Create and implement digital and social marketing strategies for shopping centres aligned to objectives, KPIs and budget • Create and execute paid digital, social and influencer marketing strategies, considered holistically in consideration of annual marketing plan and all owned channels • Oversee owned, UGC and influencer content creation and execution across social media platforms, websites, and other digital touchpoints • Utilise research and data analytics to measure campaign performance and provide insights and actions (delivering reporting in line with client templates where required) • Provide digital and social media tenant audits, education and platform execution, either independently or in collaboration with centre management • Drive digital and social innovation initiatives • Implement ai processes and provide education on ai tools and usages • Create and execute digital placemaking initiatives • Create and implement digital and social competitions in line with calendar times or marketing objectives • End to end facilitation of content shoots - for centres and tenants • Influencer, micro influencer and content creator shoots
