About Centric Community Projects
Centric Community Projects is a charity set up to offer either free or low cost work space to charities, non profit organisations, social enterprises and community groups in the UK. The space that we provide will be in a variety of buildings and our portfolio contains offices, storage facilities, training/meeting rooms, and exhibition sites. We have charity hubs across the UK where we have partnered multiple charities in larger spaces to create a focal point for cultural and community services. If your organisation is charity, community interest company, sports club, non profit organisation, community group, artist, or business start up, you may be eligible to use free space in one of our many UK-wide buildings: You may be provided work space, offices, storage, training/meeting rooms UK wide and we create charity hubs in empty commercial buildings. You can use this space for any of your charitable activities, for example admin, office or as a training facility. This is totally free of charge with no rent, rates or utility bills to pay (if you decide to put in a phone line or WI-FI connection that would be at your own cost). Our charity and community hubs cover all of the UK so please feel free to forward our details on to other suitable organisations you may know of that would benefit from this cost free opportunity. We continually have new buildings provided to us so please call us any time if you are in need of commercial space and we will try to find premises for you. We are able to do this because landlords donate their empty commercial offices and buildings to us rather than leave them unused, and in return receive financial relief on the empty property rates they are paying on these buildings.
