At Centric Dynamix Inc., managers and leaders learn practical SKILLS-BASED communication and leadership skills – we don’t simply tell leaders what they need to say or do, we show them, step them through the process, and help them hone their new skills. With almost 20 years of experience developing and delivering training programs combined with hands-on management experience in industry, the Centric leadership team offers solid programs that work. Skills require time and practice for development, self-awareness often requires reflection, and behavioural changes can not reasonably be expected to occur instantaneously; therefore we facilitate Leadership Evolution over a period of time using a Mixed Vertical Training Method.
