About Centristic Limited
Centristic designs and builds material handling plants, mainly for the UK quarrying and aggregates industry. based in Devon, Centristic also details, fabricates and erects structural steel and metalwork for the building and construction sector in South West England. Centristic’s drawing office has over 100 years combined experience in the specification, design and management of a wide variety of projects within the bulk material handling and construction industry. From interpretation sketches to 3D CAD models, Centristic is able to cope with all your requirements. With over 14 dedicated draughtsman we aim to bring you the best product we can. Each member of staff has access to advanced Tekla licences. Other design work is carried out using AutoCAD 2D. The software allows you to review and visualize how the new equipment will look, prior to steel being cut. All of Centristic’s welders are Certified to B.S. EN287-1:2011 and use Weld Procedures to B.S. EN ISO 15614-1:2004+A2:2012. Our workshop provides over 1400m² of fabrication space with 16 welding bays of various sizes, all serviced by two powered gantry cranes. The workshop is fitted with a variety of processing equipment including band saws, punches and guillotines, which when coupled together with advanced Tekla Structures software enables fast and accurate fabrication. Centristic also has a storage area of over 1300m² where raw and finished materials are stored and can be called off as required. This enables efficient management of the production process. Centristic can provide a complete installation service, covering the many facets of the bulk materials handling and construction sectors. Working safely and efficiently, Centristic's workforce provide an excellent, cost effective site solution, with management on site and from our Head Office. With a vast and continually growing portfolio of installations, you can rely on Centristic to provide the best service to you in any situation.
