Century is one of Australia’s leading entertainment businesses, with over 30 years of experience specialising in venue management, live events and touring, and artist representation. We operate and manage a wide array of Sydney’s best live entertainment venues including the iconic Enmore Theatre, Metro Theatre, The Comedy Store, Factory Theatre, The Concourse, Manning Bar, Darling Quarter Theatre and The Mighty Vic in Newcastle. Hosting over 1,500 events per year across these venues, we accommodate a range of diversified events earning a reputation for the highest standards in marketing, event services and delivery. Our producing arm presents a range of major events, tours and festivals throughout the year. Our experienced, in-house team has worked with a huge variety of performers and presenters from around the globe, promoting tours throughout Australia and beyond. Click here to see all upcoming Century tours. We launched the Sydney Comedy Festival in 2005, which has grown to become Sydney’s largest comedy event and a hallmark in Australia’s cultural calendar. The Festival attracts over 160,000 people to venues across Sydney every April and May. The annual Sydney Fringe Comedy festival started in 2011, providing emerging and established comedians with a platform to showcase new material and encouraging Sydney audiences to embrace new comedy. With the goal of sharing comedy with the masses outside of Sydney, in 2013 we started the Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase Tour, and annually visit over 30 regional and metropolitan areas in every corner of the country. Since 2014, we have presented the Perth Comedy Festival, bringing world-class comedy to Western Australia. We play an integral role in supporting and fostering Australian talent and in 2009, Century Artists was launched. Representing a dynamic group of comedians, writers and performers from all over Australia.
