Our role as career management consultants is simple and, at the same time, profound. At its simplest, we help people decide their future and we help them achieve it. Cepec was founded in 1970 as a specialist outplacement and training organisation. At that time it worked primarily with executives and professionals who were facing redundancy. It soon gained a strong reputation in the HR community for the quality of the services it provided. It became the market leader in providing high quality publications to support the face to face outplacement and career management programmes. At the same time, the company developed a range of training programmes in counselling skills and managing change which were attended by HR Managers and became regarded as ground breaking. The Cepec business continues to deliver career counselling programmes to the same highest professional standards, with face-to-face meetings, workshops to enhance the offering, an online programme and with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. When appropriate, group workshops can be delivered on and off site and onsite Advisory/Resource centres can be established.
