Cepeda's core competencies are software engineering, systems engineering, and process improvement services. We currently serve DoD, NASA, and the commercial sector. Our Performance-based Systems and Software Engineering services span all phases of the system and software life cycle, from requirements development to fielding and maintenance and include systems engineering, software engineering, and Independent Verification and Validation activities. Our Process Improvement services help organizations remove waste and improve the quality of products and services by focusing on the major problem areas.
