Ceres Holographics is enabling next-generation transparent displays through an innovative approach to the design and manufacture of light-guiding holographic optical elements (HOEs). Our unique HoloFlekt manufacturing technology delivers the scale and performance required for new Heads-Up Displays for automotive, transportation, and consumer applications. At the heart of our solution is our digitally-controlled mastering technology and roll-to-roll replication technology that has been in development for more than a decade. Now available as a commercial offering, Ceres produces high quality, precision-engineered holograms faster and in a repeatable, scalable, cost-effective way until now impossible using previous methods. Our main business focus is on the automotive sector to deliver HUD and other transparent display systems, improving passenger safety and comfort. Conventional optics make large area HUDs too bulky and expensive. Ceres’ solve this problem with an HOE designed and integrated into the windshield. This delivers the light-guiding function, power, field of view, but with a smaller sized projector so it can fit a wider range of vehicles at a lower cost point. enabling a new class of transparent display systems for vehicles.
