At Cerpangha we take pride in being the authorized service agency and parts distributor for most national brands. We only install OEM parts to ensure the highest quality of service possible. Many companies don't use OEM parts to save money, but we know NON-OEM parts are lower quality and have a high failure rate that results in more repairs and more costs to customers. NON-OEM replacement parts can cause major issues with a piece of equipment, which leads customers to feel their equipment is inferior. All of our service technicians are cross-trained on both hot and cold side equipment. We send our technicians all over the country for continued training on the ever-changing food equipment industry. We know by having the proper training, we can reduce manufacturer warranty claims, customer costs, and increase the end user's confidence in that particular brand. At Cerpangha, we are devoted to customer satisfaction! We cover a very large area and hundreds of customers weekly. We know time is money, and when a piece of equipment breaks the customer is counting the minutes until we arrive and make the repair. We have strategically placed service technicians throughout our territory with fully stocked van inventories to help ensure prompt, first time fixes. We cover the entire state of Arkansas, most of Louisiana, and a giant portion of Eastern Texas. We are also fully licensed and insured for HVAC & Refrigeration in all of these states.
