I am a Registered Yoga Teacher - E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 as well as training in Yoga Therapy, Pre-Natal and Post Natal, Partners Yoga, Energy Healing, Sports Yoga and Meditation and I am registered with Yoga Alliance; studied at "Yoga Of India" for my teacher training. I also completed "Core Strength Vinyasa" training with Sadie Nardini. I enjoy teaching multi level classes so that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Yoga. I enjoy teaching it all as well as practicing all levels and styles myself. I want to always keep with a beginners mind and to be open. There is something for everyone for wherever they are right now. Yoga meets you exactly where you are. I have always been interested in practicing wellness. I love Yoga because it brings you in to the now while you develop a better relationship and understanding of your body, mind and spirit.
