About CEWB

Since CEWB was established in 2011, as Jo Whalley Counselling Services, we have been committed to providing exceptional therapeutic support and counselling services in schools. Our team specialises in Therapeutic Play and Counselling for children, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need to overcome emotional and psychological challenges. In 2018, we expanded our services to include staff supervision for Senior Leaders, SENDCo, Designated Safeguard Leads, and Early Years Foundation Staff. This supervision aims to support staff in their roles, particularly in managing safeguarding issues, work-life balance, and mental health and emotional well-being. We also develop and deliver training programs to help school staff better understand children's behaviours, enabling them to handle challenging situations with confidence and compassion. Additionally, we offer staff peer supervision training, equipping staff members to support each other effectively. Our goal is to foster a supportive school environment where both students and staff can flourish.
