Our mission is to provide a supportive community for individuals living with disabilities and their families through a range of exciting and inclusive events, activities, support groups and networks. From swimming evenings, Saturday socials for older adults, bi-weekly pub group for adults, family BBQ's, seaside coach trips, adventure days at Lambourne End Centre for Outdoor Learning, seasonal masses and much more. We offer a diverse range of events to suit everyone's interests, family dynamics and age groups. At the CFDN, we believe that everyone deserves to feel included and part of a supportive community. Our charity is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve, and we rely on our amazing volunteers and donations to help us achieve our mission.
