It also assists in setting up/support/provide services such as Executive Management, Key-stakeholder Management, Business Administration and Office Adminnistration. We are Local This means that we are conveniently accessible in-person to local key-stakeholders, and have local knowledge and networks that will provide ongoing advice. Our people live, work, play and raise families in the Pilbara. We are Global - This means that although we are local, we maintain international standards of excellence. We utilise international project management practices. Industry and government will find our services "user- friendly", especially if you already "speak"/utilise PRINCE2 or PMBOK in your business.
