Challenge is an Israeli NGO, established in 2010, dedicated to promoting the Conflict Transformation approach in the Israeli society. Conflict Transformation is an innovative approach that strives, by the use of different tools, to improve the manners of dealing with conflicts through empathy, creativity and non-violence. Our vision is to transform the Israeli society, and every sector within it, into a more inclusive and less violent one through the adoption of Conflict Transformation. To reach this, we have adopted two main strategic goals – to establish a recognized and respected profession of "Conflict Transformation Practitioners" and to advance better interactions among different identity groups composing the Israeli society, according to the "shared society" paradigm.
