Using the very best in design our products are tailored to customer needs using the highest quality materials and components. We know that all service providers in our sector require reliable and efficient equipment that can be maintained and serviced without the need for long supply chains. Using components with readily available service items means your equipment will never be out of service for longer than required. CPS now provides automated coating systems (ACM) for field joints for two component liquid coating materials such as epoxy or polyurethane. As a hand carried piece of equipment cycle times are significantly reduced to just a few minutes per joint. The system is safer, cleaner and faster than any other technique available for field joint coating. Our induction generators are diesel powered using the very latest Tier 4 engines sourced from world class engine manufacturers. Each unit is made to the very best in class mechanical and electrical design specifications and customer requirement can usually be incorporated during build. Peak power of up to 150kW means contractors have sufficient output to heat pipe for welding and coating on even the largest diameter projects in the coldest ambient temperatures. Our coils can be handled with just one operator due to our innovative latching mechanism reducing the need for additional labour during field activity. Using the very highest conductivity components our coils have class leading electrical efficiency meaning faster heat up times and longer dwell periods.
