Through the years, Challenger has learned that by doing more in-house, we can have a streamlined process and higher standards. We know this makes life better for our homeowners, employees, trade partners, and investors. We start by developing the land, to building the homes, and selling those homes, we do quality checks all throughout the process, and take care of our customer after they close. We are a Colorado based company, locally owned and based out of Colorado Springs.
