The Chamber of Commerce, Crafts, and Services serves as the first, official conduit for investment, trade, cultural exchange and economic development between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Republic of South Africa. Bilateral trade between DRC and RSA has, until this point, been under-potentialized, this is highlighted by the $1.33 billion trade deficit between the two nations. The establishment of this Chamber will unlock economic potential and ensure sustained growth in the long-term by increasing the baseline GDP for both nations which will be driven by the trade multiplier effect.
