About Chambers International

Chambers is a group of companies that primarily perform property services. Our main business is in property and facility management. Our supporting services include property valuation and property leasing. As a group, we manage over 180 projects in Singapore including government projects, MNC projects, and Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) projects including Residential, Mixed-Use Developments, Retail, Office, and Industrial developments. We currently serve UOB, HDB and JTC on their panel of Valuers primarily for mortgage loans. Lastly, we also serve some private clients in managing the tenancy leases, searching for new tenants and/or renewals of their tenants for their privately held buildings or units. We are an established organization with 40 years in the business and we are represented on the board of the various associations that oversee our industry: 1) Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) 2) Association of Strata Managers (ASM) 3) Association of Property and Facility Managers (APFM) 4) Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) In our MCST business, we pride ourselves in our knowledge of the BMSMA, and our experience in handling the owners and tenants in strata titled developments in an neighbourly manner and in line with the BMSMA. In Facility Management, we are investing in Smart Technology in line with the Real Estate Industry Transformation Map (ITM) in order to increase productivity and perform facility management in a smarter and technologically advanced manner.
