About Champs Academy

MONITORING PROGRAMThe 'Monitoring Program' is a project created between European based Football Club and C.H.A.M.P.S. United Inc. This program will allow C.H.A.M.P.S. Academy to identify potential North American candidates between the ages of 11 and 13. These candidates will be placed into an observation process period for approximately 2 years. After the two years, European based football club will determine if the potential candidate meets the standard of being selected into their academy. The aim of the program is to identify those candidates with superior technical and tactical capabilities and to guide them to the next step forward.LENGTHThe Monitoring Program (MP) will be based on the following:· The Candidate will be monitored for two years, duration of 10 months (from September to June) each year, which coincides with the opening and closure of the scholastic and academic year. During the spring break of the calendar year as well as one week during the winter break, the candidates will visit the European based facility.
