Chance Capital brings together a wealth of experience across a number of sectors, with the goal of raising strategic debt financing for UK SME's. We take pride in our personal relationships which major on Credit funds, High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices who can bring both capital, experience and their own contacts to relevant companies. We work closely with a small number of client businesses, drawing on relevant in house expertise, making sure that each investment proposition has gone through a high degree of due diligence before going to market. We take a highly relational approach to each opportunity, it being paramount that we have absolute confidence in each and every business that we profile. To that end, Chance Capital will co-invest in each deal. We look to take on businesses that braodly meet the following critera: • Min 3 years rev (with proven growth) • Min £4m turnover • Min £1m EBITDA (or exponential growth if pre profit) • Exceptional management team • Raising min £1m (up to £50m) • Ideally UK domiciled business. • Sector agnostic (bar oil, gas, pharma, theatre, film & fashion) • Seeking debt finance
