Nancy Chandler Associates was founded in 1974 by Nancy Outland Chandler. The company opened as a small, proudly local, family-owned real estate firm with an operating philosophy based on honesty, professional expertise and superb client care. In January 2017, after years of growth, the company’s property management division was rebranded into Chandler Property Management, LLC, which manages over 750 residential properties in Hampton Roads. In May 2017, the sales brokerage segment of the company rebranded as Chandler Realty, Inc. In July 2019, Chandler Realty joined forces with Rose & Womble Realty, the # 1 real estate firm in Hampton Roads.
