About Change Heals
The current Coronavirus outbreak has caught many of us off guard. Feeling anxious for our health, our family's health, our finances, even our basic necessities. This unprecedented time has brought more questions than answers. I am happy to have the ability to offer tele-mental health services to current and new clients as a safe and secure online video option for mental health services. Tele-therapy allows us to follow the social distancing guidelines, while still getting the services you need. Whether you are looking for support during this global crisis, or just trying to manage your day to day, I am here to help. Are you struggling with feelings of hopelessness or constant panic/fear? Are you just muddling through the day to day stress of life's endless demands? Tired of waking up and fighting through the day only do it all over again? We all have a longing for peace and calm in our lives. My goal is to help you identify the roadblocks that keep you from healing. I will educate and guide you through identifying the roots of distress. This frees you to move forward, giving you back control of your thoughts and feelings.
