With a background in organizational change and executive coaching, Maggie Mowery, owner of Change Management, LLC, brings over 20 years of governmental, business and nonprofit experience to every speaking and consulting engagement. Since 2002, “Maggie the Coach” has provided leadership training, organizational development and executive level coaching to help people and business work better, faster and smarter. An engaging, charismatic speaker and dynamic, thoughtful coach, Maggie has assisted clients and motivated groups in Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota and elsewhere in the U.S. Maggie is a member of the National Speakers Association, Rotary Club and two local Chambers of Commerce. She received her Master’s degree in psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. At home in Iowa City, Iowa, she enhances her church and community with her musical and volunteer talents.
