About Change of Scene

Change of Scene (CoS) is a small well established charity based near Farnham in Surrey. We provide a much in demand outdoor learning experience for 7–18-year-olds with additional needs living in Surrey and Hampshire. Children and young people come to us to learn animal care, cooking, carpentry, gardening and crafts. Our attendees experience a wide range of complex learning, social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. All our attendees find the classroom a challenging environment often to the point where they no longer attend school. Our attendees need help to bolster their self-esteem and re-engage. A significant number suffer from poor mental health.
