Change Our Hearts, Inc. is a nonprofit organization devoted to feeding the hungry. Our mission is to provide Hunger Relief to the local community through second harvest food redistribution, community garden support and grocery relief. Our goal is to be the missing link... connecting food sources to those who truly need it. We find the missing link or hole in other hunger programs and fill it. We serve as the missing link and the answered prayer for hunger programs having trouble finding food sources or issues getting the food to the clients. It is a volunteer organization with 100% of its funding going to program support.
