ChangeABLE, pronounced Change-ĀBLE, offers an interactive board game as an engaging tool that helps leaders and organizations navigate the process of change. Change is a challenge. We call ChangeABLE a “Workshop in a Box” because it is an opportunity to learn strategies and techniques to successfully navigate and implement change. It is a tool that can be used over and over for any change initiative in any organization. The ChangeABLE game is educational and recognizes that it is difficult to anticipate and avoid the pitfalls which make change such a challenge. The board game provides opportunities to learn critical factors that influence change and set players up for success. It is interactive and designed for leaders who are responsible for implementing change in their organization. Playing ChangeABLE creates an environment and space where participants can have authentic and meaningful discussions about change and what’s going on with their specific change initiative. It helps leaders address real-world organizational or professional change and navigate it successfully. History: ChangeABLE utilizes over four decades of experience to help businesses, organizations and individuals achieve their change objectives. Founders Patricia Moten Marshall and Barbara S. McLennan created the ChangeABLE board game to help navigate the complexities of change. The business version was launched in May of 2022.
