About Changing Games

Changing Games is a strategy consultancy company that uses a serious games based approach in its projects. We are also 5 friends with each 25 years of experience in developing and playing hobby simulation games that we now combine with our professional experience in business and military strategy. All our games are developed in-house and can be fully customized. Our games are tabletop and team based, not computer simulations. This allows us to offer your team a unique experience in strategy development, execution and evaluation. And yes, the games are fun and great for training, diagnosing and building teams too. The first pillar in our approach to strategy consulting is based on the fact that games are much more engaging, and therefore more effective, than classic lecture, brainstorm, workshop, etc. based consultancy projects. By adding or casting our projects in a serious game format we tap into the creative and learning power that playing provides to everyone in your team. The second pillar in our approach is based on the insight that the various types of strategy - e.g. business strategy versus military or political strategy - are not totally different subjects. In fact, we strongly believe that anyone dealing with strategy development and, in particular, execution will gain a lot from the others. We are one of the very few companies able to offer you that.
