Changing Gear was set up to fill what we believe is a vital but still largely unrecognised need for corporate and executive Personal Branding. Through our workshops and 1:1 coaching at all levels, Seminars, Conferences and presentations we deliver to companies who want to improve their company brand perception through their premises, business skills and, most importantly, their main asset, their people. We now work closely with the MBA Careers department at Leeds University Business School, and also at Warwick, Durham, Nottingham, Leicester and the Open University, alongside companies such as HSBC, The Clydesdale, Sandersons, British Airways and many professional City partnerships. The company was set up by Tessa Hood. Tessa has over 35 years of media experience, and has now brought her expertise to bear on Corporate Image, Executive Style, Personal Branding, and Reputation Management. Tessa has worked as a top advertising model, acted on stage, in television and film, and, for six years directed her own company which was set up to produce photographic and commercial shoots for major blue-chip companies. Her clients at that time included Epson, Mobil, Rohan, Barbour, Toshiba, Harrods, Mercedes, Ford, BT, Panasonic, Hewlett Packard, TNT and Puma amongst many others. She is a successful author, is in demand as a Professional Speaker on Personal Branding, and coaches individual CEO’s, Board Level Directors and their executive teams in the role Personal Branding has to play in the influence, perception and reputation of their businesses.
