As the only locally-owned and independently operated chartered loss adjuster in the Channel Islands, we have, since 2004, offered unrivalled service and expertise in respect of both commercial and domestic insurance property claims throughout Guernsey, Jersey, Alderney, Sark and Herm. Channel Islands Adjusters are set up by husband and wife team, Richard and Julie-anne Headington in 2004. Chartered loss adjusters are the industry experts in navigating the process in the event of an insurance claim. Both holding double chartered status, being Chartered Loss Adjusters and Chartered Insurance Practitioners, they have expert knowledge and skills, and a full understanding of the insurance industry. Key to their roles are strong relationships with the panel of Channel Islands insurers and contractors. Alongside Richard and Julie-anne are Aaron Slattery and Josh Smith, who both attained Chartered Loss Adjuster status in 2019 and btoh hold the BDMA Insurance Technician qualification. The team are ably assisted by Tracy Le Page, the office manager, who is studying for her chartered loss adjusting certificate.
