Chantecler is a truly Italian jewelry company with long lasting tradition of “made in Italy” craftsmanship and creativity. It was founded in 1947 in the island of Capri by Pietro Capuano and Salvatore Aprea. Their creations soon became famous for the unique blend of colors, gemstones and joyful spirit. Starting from the Dolce Vita period Chantecler jewels became an absolute must-have for the visitors of Capri island. Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, Jackie Onassis, Brigitte Bardot, Ingrid Bergman highly valued Chantecler jewels inspired by the “Pure Capri Esprit”. Since 1947 the family business evolved into a structured company, however, Chantecler still remains one of the few jewelry companies run by the heirs of its founder, able to transmit the brand values exactly in the same way their father did half a century ago. Chantecler collections offer numerous combinations of mix & matching. The jewels adapt easily to any occasion, mood and personality of their owners. The iconic piece, the “Campanella” bell, is well known and loved both in Italy and abroad. Chantecler operates directly mono brand Boutiques in Capri, Cortina, Milan and Tokyo. The brand is represented in the most important cities like Tokyo, Moscow, Geneva, Lugano, Zurich, Madrid, Vienna, Palm Beach, Monte Carlo and Beirut. The company counts more than 130 doors globally.
