Since 2015 CHARACTERS research, collects real stories, with which inspires and motivates other people by communicating ideas and values. In the post COVID19 environment, businesses are challenged to rethink about themselves, to ask new questions and to adopt totally new mindsets. I created CHARACTERS business to redefine the meaning of branding and strategic storytelling in a way to help businesses reconsider their values, their big idea and their identity, and at the end of the day to establish a competitive position in the new business environment. I decided to start CHARACTERS for business, after a 360 experience in marketing, working for both multinationals and leading SME’s, in Greece, UK and France. The goal is to utilise an on field diversified knowledge obtained in businesses, research and mentoring since 2000. As integrated manager, I interacted with various cultures and businesses. I discovered many good practices, but also I diagnosed common failures and weaknesses among SME's. The purpose of this or organization is to help business avoid mistakes and activate their untapped powers and strengths. I believe that in the new business environment the most important asset of a business is its own character. Let’s bring it out together.
