Continental Sausage, Inc. is a Denver-based small-batch producer of ABF and Organic sausages, bratwurst, and other charcuterie products under the CharcutNuvo™ and CharcutNuvo™ Organic brand names. We appeal to an increasingly discriminating charcuterie-lover with an adventurous palate and a health and wellness-focused lifestyle. Everything we do demonstrates our 100% commitment to redefining how classic charcuterie is made and what it can taste like. The proteins we source are humanely and sustainably raised. Our vegetables and fruits are always organic. We never add nitrites or artificial ingredients. Our organic beef is sources from ranches that focus on Regenerative Agriculture. The company’s dedicated team proudly honors our Swiss family's four generations of charcuterie artisanship by constantly exceeding expectations of quality and flavor. As one of our company’s core values is Community Caring, we take local community support very seriously. We are very active in the community in which we live and work. As an organization, we focus the majority of our philanthropic efforts around child development and education. Our CEO, Eric Gutknecht, sits on the Board of Denver Kids, Inc., a non-profit organization that helps underprivileged children graduate high school, as well as on the board of Wish for Wheels. He is also the chair of the Colfax Marathon. Additionally, we support other local organizations such as We Don’t Waste, The Samaritan House, Wishing Well and March of Dimes of Denver and Denver Active. We also donate time, money and products to local kids sports programs and to local high schools, helping them with their business classes and entrepreneurial workshops.
