About Charity Link Official
Charity Link ensures people in financial hardship are dry, warm, clean, safe and fed. We improve wellbeing, dignity, and standards of living by providing essential items across Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire. This includes clothing, beds, white goods, and - in emergencies - help with food and utilities. We work with 250 charities and community organisations, in order to get help to those who need it, when they need it. We are currently helping around 600 people each month. A third of those we support are children and young people. And our innovative way of working – unlocking funds from charitable trusts – means we make your money work harder. For every £10 you donate, we provide £50 of essential items to individuals and families in need. We love working with the local business community to help change lives in need. Our Proud Business Supporter Club is a special community of local businesses that come together to make a massive difference. Our annual Leicestershire 3 Peaks Challenge in September gives corporate teams and individuals the opportunity to take on a unique challenge whilst doing something amazing to help others. We also host a range of other events during the year, including our annual comedy night in February. We love to work with businesses and organisations to make a difference and are always keen to hear how we can support CSR goals and form mutually benefical partnerships.
