About Charles Mann Academy
The Charles Mann Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a unique Journeyman Electrician Apprenticeship Program from the Charles Mann Enterprises. At Charles Mann Enterprises, although we’re members of the national construction industry, our heart and flagship office is in Washington DC. We recognize that the construction industry in Washington DC offers a wealth of opportunities—provided that they can get to that crucial first rung on the ladder to success. But we also know that many obstacles can stand in the way of success for people who have been disadvantaged. For these reasons, we’ve launched a unique journeyman electrician apprenticeship program focused on working with individuals in Washington DC who are interested in learning the electrician trade.
