Hi! So glad you are here...if we haven't met yet, we want to meet you soon! Charlotte Real Estate was founded and is led by Stefan and Grace Brewer, a husband and wife team. Stefan has a background in real estate and finance and Grace in real estate and interior design. Their combined backgrounds provide a unique and helpful perspective when assisting clients buying or selling a home or investment property. Grace and Stefan are both native Charlotteans. After living in other cities during and after college, they decided they wanted to make Charlotte their forever home, because it is the city they love. They attended high school together in Charlotte, then Grace went to undergrad at UNC-Chapel Hill and Stefan went to UNC-Wilmington, where he was on the golf team. He then earned his MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School. After both working at other real estate firms, they decided to start their own and do things a little differently. What Makes Us Different The thing we love most is connecting people and helping people find not only their home, but their community of people to "do life with." After years of cultivating relationships in the Charlotte area we can connect our clients with trusted resources in every field, from expert handymen to experts in the legal world. We believe that a home should be so much more than a dwelling, but a place of refuge, connection, and where happy memories are made. Instead of the Industry Standard 3% Commission, We Only Charge 2% We believe in more than just selling real estate. We believe in giving back to the community that has given us so much. That is why we only charge 2% commission (Standard is 3%). We give the other 1% back to you, or if you would like us to, donate it to a local charity of your choice. For example, 1% of a $1 million transaction is $10,000 donated or back in your pocket!
