It effects everything we do from whom we employee and to how we operate – we are always challenging the norm to find a better way to work. Just because something has always been done a certain way, doesn't mean it is: right or always has to continue to be done that way. We are constantly looking at innovative new ways to meet our clients and candidates individual needs and improve our business. An example of this was the very successful BIM Webinar Series “BIM 2106.. Are you Really Ready” where Charlton Recruitment brought Global Thought leaders from the BIM world on a series of 4 webinars videos of the series can be found on this site.
