About Charm City Yoga

We have six area locations with ~100 instructors, many of whom trained directly with Kim and are certified through Yoga Alliance at either the 200 hour or 500 hour levels. We offer a variety of yoga styles from the most gentle and restorative class to the most intense, kick-your-butt hot yoga. We try to be very welcoming and encouraging to beginners and offer many appropriate classes as well as a 5-class introductory series that teach the fundamentals at a beginner pace. To help you on your way, we have a Yoga Advisor who can provide advice and suggestions by email, phone, or in person.
