About Charter School Consultants ACA

ACA Charter Consultants is a team of professionals with a single goal; Improving the quality of education in the United States of America. Our team's home-base office is in Pinellas County, home of the 7th largest school district in Florida. Currently, we are focused on two exciting Charter School education models; Language Immersion and our newest model, created by our team; Anomalous. Anomalous means: deviating from what is standard, normal, or expected. The core design of the ACA program model; multi-age and culturally diverse classrooms that promote inclusion, equality and acceptance. This model builds a school community that accepts and values differences. All children can learn and need some form of support for learning. "Mainstreaming" is about getting students to "fit" into an established system of education rather than, developing an environment where children "fit". Attitudes, behaviors, teaching methodologies, curriculum and environmental structures within the ACA school environment will meet the needs of all learners. Minimizing barriers, empowering students, developing and maximizing individual strengths enables participation and engagement in academic learning. The ACA model emphasizes continuous learning, self-directed learning and students in charge of and accountable for their academic success. Students who are educated in nonrestrictive spaces, encouraged to use self pacing and individual learning are truly being educated in an environment where the playing field is "leveled" Our one of a kind, program places equal value on academics, character and relationships. We believe that our family and community programs within our school community will promote acceptance, partnerships between home and school and provide families with assistance to get their basic needs met in a non-threatening environment.
