At Chase Group, we differ from our competition by providing our clients with a transparent, detailed cost projection package prior to engagement with architects or engineers, saving our clients initial design costs. Founder Chase Landry grew up in a family construction business learning the “ins” and “outs” of the trade. Over time, he recognized how many construction companies encouraged clients to spend money in upfront costs with architects and engineers before they truly understood what their own needs were. He knew that this should be provided as an initial service by the contractor in order to work with the client to develop a plan with both design and the build in mind in order to develop an initial budget based on the client needs. He has extensive experience in acquiring and identifying income producing properties, retrofitting existing facilities, and value engineering for new construction. As a design-build construction company, we offer site selection for clients from a building perspective, with a particular concentration on soil conditions, site conditions, and potential pre-construction issues. This expertise, combined with the knowledge of commercial construction and real estate investment through our sister company Chase Group Real Estate, allows us to provide others with a more complete and better understanding of the entire construction process.
