Our first year was filled with intense labor requiring long and difficult days of renovation, which resulted into a highly successful hotel. We captured the market and began our path to who we are today. Chase ventured into a ground up development strategy that still exists today, beginning with the development and construction of franchise branded hotels. Guided by a mission to respect client partners while cultivating associates’ growth, Chase has demonstrated an uncanny ability when assessing a prospective new property to see what can be, rather than what is. Perhaps that’s why the company has consistently built market leaders that maximize ROI to their full potential. Chase’s expansion may seem slow to most, however we analyze all of our deals very conservatively thus insuring our success. Our aim is not necessary to expand our portfolio blindly, but more importantly choosing the right deal for our stock holders. Our partnerships with Marriott, Hilton, Carlson, La Quinta, and Choice Hotels has led to a strong portfolio.
