We deliver high quality and innovative solutions to our customers, specialising in infrastructure, groundworks and associated civil engineering services with project values from £500k to £50m. We keep our customers at the centre of everything we do, remaining true to the founding principles on which the business was established in 1974 – operating in a collaborative and right-first-time manner. As a £90m/annum business with a strong balance sheet, we have extensive experience in the delivery of complex civil engineering projects – offering a one-stop shop for earthworks to final surfacing and adoption on both infrastructure and residential projects. We operate an extensive, modern, and well-maintained fleet of our own plant and machinery. We are always augmenting our fleet with state-of-art additions to extend our capability through our long-standing history with JCB. From our early careers “earn and learn” initiatives as Gold members of The 5% Club, through to leadership development programmes, we are committed to fostering talent and supporting their growth. This was showcased by winning the 2023 “Future Growth” award at The 5% Club’s national awards and the 2022 “Training Investment” award at The Building Safety Group awards. Corporate Social Responsibility is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to sustainable practices, community support, and responsible growth. We recognise that our work shapes the future, and with that comes a responsibility to prioritise the wellbeing of society, protect the environment, and uphold the highest ethical standards. We take 5% off the bottom line of our business and invest this into our Foundation (setup in 2020 to honour our late founder).
