About Chatterbox Education

Chatterbox is developing a specialised online learning platform for students and teachers of debating and public speaking. We believe these are critical skill sets for school, work and life that all Australian students and teachers should have the opportunity to develop in a meaningful and engaging manner. Students from Year 5 to Year 12 will gain access to a tiered library of multimedia learning content, giving them a direct line to some of the best communication educators in the country. Teachers will be able to complete BOSTES-endorsed professional development on our platform and download additional materials (e.g. lesson plans) to assist them in their own classrooms. All content will be linked to the Australian national curriculum, which requires all students to learn persuasive communication skills. Our primary aim is to increase the quality, consistency and accessibility of up-to-date communication education resources for all Australian schools.
