Chatterton Rees is independently owned and set up by three individuals who eat, sleep and breathe property but felt that the market over the years had changed considerably and noticed that agency, in general, was at a stand still. We pride ourselves on our local market knowledge and our pro-active and dynamic approach to the sales and letting market. We are located on Pont Street as a central base to combine the central London market. Applicants tend to cross over areas in their search, so to have one central office cross-selling was a natural choice for us. This combined gives us a unique understanding of each area’s housing market and its cycles, allowing us to secure the best possible price for your property, whether you are looking to sell or rent. Over the years the majority of our business has derived from the results we have generated for clients who then talk about us to friends and family, our clients are our focus, we like to think that every stone is always turned and good service gets results.
