Chauffeured Cars was initiated by George Thomas, when he decided to leave the busy life of technology sales. Chauffeured Cars is the trading name for the transportation and tourism activity of Secure Sources Limited which is a New Zealand Company based in Auckland. When we looked at the Tourism and ground transportation facilities in Auckland we found there was a significant gap that needed to be filled. The most important ingredients missing in the existing operational framework seemed to be quality of service, accessibility, reasonable pricing, the lack of quest for excellence and a lack of responsiveness to customer sensitivities. Uber worldwide has taken the first step to organize and get the younger people into the transportation Industry and thus contribute to changing perceptions in Society of the cab driver. Chauffeured Cars work is drawing on the benefits UBER has brought to this Industry. Chauffeured Cars is an attempt to fill some of the gaps that still exist in the market. We offer our services are on “Booked Services” basis, unlike “On demand service.” Chauffeured cars, is an attempt to bring the thrill, joy, exhilaration, and a refreshing experience into our rides for the customer. We provide drivers who are well informed, courteous, and willing to go that extra mile for the customer, within the bounds of the law and ethics. Associates of Chauffeured Cars are people who are drawn from the Hospitality and Tourism Industry who help us with some of the implementation of our schemes and ideas assimilated by our think tank. We do not want to lose the opportunity of meeting, and helping customers in their journey through New Zealand. We are driven by the desire to make a difference to the Quality of life of people who become our customers.
