Chautauqua Physical & Occupational Therapy was founded in 1996 and continues to be the premier provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy services in Chautauqua County. Our highly trained staff excels in all areas of orthopedic rehabilitation including pre and post-op, vertigo, pelvic floor dysfunction for women, lymphedema, balance, pediatrics, neurological concerns, athletic enhancement, strength training and more. We are located in the Riverwalk Center in Jamestown, NY with a second location in the Mayville Professional Building in Mayville, NY. A third clinic is due to open mid-July 2020 in the Park Avenue @ Third Building in Dunkirk, NY. Our team is dedicated to improve quality of life for those we serve through the delivery of clinical excellence, extraordinary service and compassionate care, while being recognized as the leader in physical, occupational and speech therapy services in Chautauqua County.
