The planning process is subject to demands, often competing, from a variety of different parties – planning officers, consultation bodies, politicians and communities. Chave Planning offers an insightful and perceptive approach to managing these interests. We provide robust town planning advice with a positive approach and personal commitment to the expectations of the client. We drive projects forward and like nothing better than breaking down barriers, solving problems, winning over hearts and minds and delivering results for clients. This approach works for a variety of clients, from strategic investors and volume housebuilders to local developers, landowners and individuals. Chave Planning is based in Derby but operates across the East Midlands and beyond. We have a wealth of experience in working with local authorities in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire to deliver planning successes. We maintain good working relationships with local authorities and utilise our local knowledge and experience to enable planning issues to be identified and tackled early on.
