Utilizing custom branded or bannered hot air balloons for these tethered operations offers sustained visibility and unmatched experiential marketing opportunity. Balloon Event Management Cheers Aerial Media offers complete Pilot/Balloon event operations management for hot air balloon events anywhere from one to 100 balloons in size. We handle pilot invitations, pilot/aircraft documentation and registration, FAA waivers and coordination with FAA Field Representatives, launch field safety and organization, etc. Since 2010, Cheers Aerial Media has served as Pilot/Balloon Coordinator for Color the Skies Balloon and Kite Festival, the largest hot air balloon festival in California’s Central Valley. Schools/Educational Programs We offer exciting educational programs which teach school children about thermodynamics and mankind’s earliest form of flight. Our programs typically begin with a discussion about the balloon system and the science which makes it fly, followed by an exciting demonstration of the aircraft.
