ChefReady is a virtual/ghost kitchen facility with 10 separate commercial kitchen units 215 - 320 sq. ft./ea. Restauranteurs, chefs and food entrepreneurs lease the space to operate their own food brand for pick-up and delivery only. There is no seating and no overhead associated with that. Virtual Kitchens are a cost-effective way for established Restaurants to expand their footprint to a highly desirable demographic location in South Denver. Very close to Wash Park, University of Denver and the Golden Triangle/Cherry Creek areas. Our tenants produce one or multiple brands out of each kitchen space, making this a less expensive, turnkey alternative to opening a brick-and-mortar location. Good location, second generation restaurants are hard to find and too much overhead. Construction costs have skyrocketed making it too expensive to build and people just don't eat out as often as they did before the pandemic. The food delivery market is projected to hit $1T by 2030. We're centrally located to reach a very desirable target audience. We work as partners with our tenants to help them become successful with their businesses. Their success is our success as we prepare for expansion to other markets. Our virtual kitchen showcases the fresh food made by talented local chefs in our area, and we need your support. Established Food Trucks, Restaurants and franchises that that have strong customer followings are good candidates for our space. Tours available upon request.
