We are seeking Master Franchise partners in some of the remaining countries around the globe. Chem-Dry offers two primary advantages over other floor cleaning franchises: Green cleaning: Every year, as research details the risk of particulates and allergens to respiratory health, consumers are paying more attention to environmentally friendly cleaning standards. Chem-Dry’s primary cleaning solution, The Natural®, is green-certified, contains no phosphates or detergents and is safe and non-toxic for kids and pets. The company’s proprietary hot carbonating extraction process also uses 80% less water than steam cleaning. Our cleaning technology: The fizzing sensation of carbonation is actually quite violent on the molecular level; like millions of tiny explosions that knock dirt loose from fabrics and surfaces. Chem-Dry’s equipment is designed to maximize the carbonation action, blasting dirt free so that it can be easily vacuumed away. The process has several advantages: Our primary cleaning solution, The Natural®, is similar to club soda and is so safe that technicians sometimes drink it to demonstrate its eco-credentials to customers; the process is so effective that Chem-Dry is able to use much less water than steam cleaning, which means rugs can dry in one or two hours instead of days, reducing the chance that mold and mildew will grow; and our process leaves no residues behind, unlike other floor cleaning methods that often leave behind chemical residues that actually attract dirt.
